Compensation The majority of our projects are prevailing wage jobs, and the pay rate is approximately $33 per hour. For non-prevailing wage jobs, the pay range is $19 to $33 per hour, depending on qualifications. Paid time off, health insurance benefits, and a 401(k) plan are also offered for eligible team members. Primary Duties Deliver and install furniture on a daily route. Load and unload products and furniture from trucks. Utilize dollies & panel carts for product movement. Stage furniture at the jobsite in preparation for the installation. Install modular systems furniture, align, level & wipe down. Install case good furniture, align, level and wipe down. Maintain communication and follow directions from the Supervisor. Provide service work to ensure that furniture is operating properly. Domestic travel to client sites is required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Clean driving record. Team player with a positive and respectful demeanor. Good attendance record with minimal absences and tardiness. Willingness to be trained and excel through job levels. Previous experience working in a furniture business environment is a plus. Basic knowledge of furniture installation preferred. Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
