Business Development Representative

Responsibilities Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication Qualifications Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Compensation $42,500 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Jason Templeton State Farm
