Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable High-Volume Inbound Receiving Clerk to support warehouse operations for a leading slot machine manufacturing company in Las Vegas. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, and processing incoming materials, parts, and equipment while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely movement of products throughout the facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of materials, components, and equipment.
2. Verify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and receiving documentation.
3. Accurately enter receiving information into inventory management systems.
4. Identify and report shortages, damages, discrepancies, or quality concerns.
5. Label, organize, and distribute received materials to designated warehouse or production areas.
6. Coordinate with purchasing, inventory, production, and warehouse teams regarding incoming deliveries.
7. Maintain accurate receiving records and documentation.
8. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits as required.
9. Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
10. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
11. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
12. Support additional warehouse and logistics activities as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. Must be at least 21 years of age
3. Experience working in a high-volume receiving environment is highly desirable.
4. Basic computer skills and data entry experience required. Attention to detail skills.
5. Experience with inventory management, ERP, or warehouse management systems preferred.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is a plus.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
8. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
9. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
10. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work around manufacturing operations.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in manufacturing, electronics, gaming, or assembly environments.
2. Forklift certification or previous material handling equipment experience.
3. Familiarity with receiving procedures, inventory control, and warehouse best practices.
