We are looking for someone with experience installing and spraying insulation.
Seeking someone who;
-Runs a blown-in fiberglass/cellulose crew
-Read a job and know how much material is needed
-Operate the blower efficiently
-Perform proper air sealing
-Install batts correctly and timely
-Work independently in attics
-Train/manage a helper
-Deal professionally with homeowners
-Recognize problems before they become callbacks
-Ideally have retrofit experience
