Role : Security Engineer Location : Exton, PA Duration : Fulltime Contact : View phone number on click.appcast.io Responsibilities Hand-on in performing Source Code Reviews, Web Application Security Scans, Mobile Security Testing, Threat Modeling Hands-on with web application vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., IBM AppScan, IBM AppScan Source, HP Fortify, HP WebInspect, BurpSuite, ZAP, Kali Linux, etc.) Conduct Security Code Review, Vulnerability Assessment and consult Product Development Team to secure applications Understanding and familiarity with common code review methods and standards such as OSSTMM, OWASP, SANS Adhere to best practices and align with the customer security requirements for project execution, documentation, and reporting Manage customer relationships at the project delivery level Knowledge of OWASP tools and methodologies Ability to complete tasks and deliver professionally written reports for clients Excellent communication & articulation skills Qualifications Qualifications Basic Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of experience with Information technology. Certifications: CEH, OSCP (Must have) Preferred Overall experience of 7-9 years in security Experience with security testing tools and methodologies as listed above Ability to complete tasks and deliver professional written reports for clients Excellent communication and client-facing skills About Client A Global IT consulting firm with several large customer engagements across US.
