Technical Services Developer

Responsibilities:

• Performs compliance-based customer project functions such as device imaging and configuration of deployment of technology equipment – enterprise or endpoint
• Design, develop, and maintain scripts using PowerShell or other programming languages to automate system deployment processes
• Configures systems to customer specification
• Adopts the use of new imaging software
• Creates and maintains network diagrams
• Develops work instructions for client projects
• Serves as a subject matter expert for clients and internal resources
• Keeps pace with new technologies related to our technical services model
• Consults and works with clients during the product development stage (prototyping)
• Solves internal IT infrastructure incidents, works on problem management
• Assists with defining future standards for internal IT infrastructure

Experience:

• 2+ years of infrastructure support and implementation
• Project management of IT initiatives
• Scripting & Automation Experience w/ PowerShell
• Experience with Microsoft Deployment Tool Kit (MDT)
• Experience with Imaging using SCCM or other deployment tools
• Background with Active Directory & Group Policy
• A proven team player
• Cyber Security exposure and competency
• Continuous Improvement (Lean concepts)
• Desktop, network, server, cloud, Mobility
• Deep knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10 in particular)
• Linux knowledge a plus
• Ability and experience with assembling PC hardware components.

Preferred Certifications: MCSA: Windows 10 Solutions Associate, CompTIA A+ / Network +
