New Tech Mechanical Systems Inc. is hiring experienced HVAC Service Mechanics for year-round work throughout the five boroughs of New York City and Long Island. $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFIED CANDIDATES Position: Commercial HVAC Service Mechanic Employment Type: Full-Time Location: NYC Five Boroughs & Long Island Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment Service rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, air handlers, pumps, VAV systems, cooling towers, and controls Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service work Able to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings Start up and commission HVAC systems Complete digital service reports and communicate professionally with customers and management Requirements: Minimum 5 years commercial HVAC experience Must have experience working throughout the five boroughs of NYC Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Valid driver’s license required Ability to work independently and efficiently Experience with BMS/controls systems is a plus Ability to be on call in a rotation as well as overtime What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience $80k-$100k $5,000 sign-on bonus will be paid in 6 monthly installments Company vehicle Paid holidays and vacation Overtime opportunities Steady year-round work Growth opportunities within the company Benefits Immediate hire available for qualified candidates.
