Clinical Care Representative

As a Clinical Care Representative at Curitec, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the quality of care for long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. We are seeking an experienced LPN, LVN, RN, PTA, or PT to join our team and provide wound care education and clinical support to our clients.

The Role

As a Clinical Care Representative, you will work closely with long-term care and skilled nursing facilities to provide wound care education and clinical support related to advanced wound care products. This is a hands-off clinical role, where you will not perform wound care treatments. Instead, you will use your clinical expertise to educate facility staff, evaluate wound care needs, support appropriate product utilization, and develop strong relationships with clinicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care education and clinical support to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities

• Educate nurses and facility staff on advanced wound care products and appropriate product selection

• Review wounds and collaborate with facility clinicians regarding treatment approaches

• Develop strong relationships with nursing staff, leadership, administrators, and practitioners

• Support existing accounts while helping identify opportunities for growth

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Utilize electronic systems for documentation, communication, and order management

• Manage an assigned territory independently

• Travel throughout the territory, with some locations requiring significant drive time

• Participate in occasional overnight travel as territory needs require

Requirements

• Active LPN, LVN, RN, PTA, PT Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent, hands-on wound care experience

• Wound care certification strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of wound staging, wound assessment, and advanced wound care products

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing strongly preferred

• Comfortable educating and presenting to clinical staff

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable with technology, including email, electronic documentation systems, and basic Excel

• Highly organized and able to manage a territory independently

• Comfortable with the sales and relationship-development component of the position

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Willing and able to travel throughout the assigned territory, including early mornings and occasional overnight travel
