JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must have a natural smile and upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettably fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client children and parents. Oversee daily salon operations including hiring and training of staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ongoing hiring and training licensed stylists, as needed.

Organizing employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality.

Ensure all treatments meet high-quality standards.

Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner.

Oversee and maintain cleanliness of salon.

Operating the Point-of-Sale software system.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced atmosphere.

Ability to work with kids.

Ability to work weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Three years of prior management experience preferred.

Able to work weekends.

Cosmetology license not required but is a benefit.
