This position involves handling a high volume of patient interactions during peak hours while ensuring accurate data entry and exceptional customer support. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, the coordinator uses Electronic Health Records (EHR) to maintain detailed and organized patient information.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in patient intake or healthcare administration
