Intake Support Specialist

Intake Support Specialist Our client is a growing healthcare organization that partners with insurance companies to support the review and processing of medical cases. This role is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing incoming case information while ensuring accuracy, meeting deadlines, and supporting efficient workflow operations. Key Responsibilities Review and process incoming case documentation with a high level of accuracy Enter and verify information across multiple systems Organize and prioritize work to meet daily deadlines Maintain accurate records while following established procedures Communicate professionally with internal teams as needed Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience Strong data entry skills (40+ WPM preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel Comfortable working with multiple computer monitors Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Healthcare or insurance experience is a plus, but not required Additional Details Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Location: Fully onsite in Schertz, TX Pay: $2023/hour Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire CMS clearance is required as part of the onboarding process.
