If so, Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Post-Harvest and Processing Technicians to work at their production facility 20 mins West of Gardner, MA. You should be eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis company. For individuals who do a great job, there is the potential to be hired on in a permanent role! Shift 1: Sunday - Wednesday | 6:30am - 5:00pm Shift 2: Wednesday - Saturday | 6:30am - 5:00pm Workers must be available for either shift. Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing is the premier staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry. Your duties could include anything from weighing post-harvest materials and products, hand debucking, trimming, and grinding cannabis flower, sanitization and sterilization of equipment and clean room environment, accurate counting of cannabis products, data tracking, and documentation for state regulations. You need to be flexible and excited about having the opportunity to work in multiple different departments with our Client. This is a full-time temporary role, and there is the potential for some overtime. Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older Eligible to work for a licensed Cannabis company in the State of Massachusetts Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 11 hours/day Ability to perform repetitive motions with your hands Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures Attention to detail Willingness to take direction Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Proven work ethic and reliable transportation Ability to arrive on time Willingness to comply with OSHA regulations Pay Rate: $18.50/hr Viridian Enterprises LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
