A well-established, family-owned greenhouse company is looking for a dependable Bilingual Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and keeping day-to-day office operations running smoothly. There is long-term growth potential into an Office Manager position for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Greet customers, vendors, and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Assist with filing and general administrative tasks.
- Support the office with additional administrative duties as needed.
- Help ensure the front office operates efficiently each day.
Skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, organized, and dependable.
- Comfortable working in a greenhouse/farm environment.
