PT - Physical Therapist

Seeking a Physical Therapist (part-time & full-time available). Responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, administering, and documenting physical therapy services to patients of all ages. Administers treatments and physical agents per established plan of care to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability. Assists patients in achieving maximum performance and reintegration into society while adapting to their disabilities. Coordinates, delegates, and supervises support staff (PTA, PT Aide, etc.). Participates in departmental operations, maintains performance improvement activities, and contributes to continuous quality improvement. Assists in budget formulation, evaluates department performance against budget, and ensures timely and accurate patient charge entry. Participates in departmental training and safety programs. Requirements include current MT physical therapy licensure, graduation from an approved Physical Therapy program, and current CPR certification. Experience is preferred but not required. Dry needling certification and experience are also preferred. Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of outpatient/inpatient experience, is certified in dry needling, and is willing to travel 2 days a week to the main Rehab Services center. Must hold current state physical therapy licensure, be a graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program, and have current CPR certification.
