Job Description\n ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Stockton, California.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Physical Therapist\n Discipline: Therapy\n Start Date: 09/28/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 10 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Physical Therapist - Dayshift - Stockton, CAAssignment Duration\n This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule\n Dayshift position.Job Description\n The physical therapist implements patient rehabilitation programs to help improve patient mobility, function, and strength.Responsibilities\n \n Evaluate and treat patients for physical therapy and rehabilitation programs.\n Utilize Electronic Medical Record to complete evaluations, reports, and discharge summaries for patient files.\n Guide and monitor patient care in all aspects of treatment and follow-up.\n Supervise PT Assistants and Aides regarding all aspects of patient care.\n Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.\n Ensure accurate patient chart documentation and follow-up regarding prescriptions, test results, and authorizations.\n Assist with scheduling and patient follow-up in coordination with front office staff.\n Participate in business marketing and referral processes when necessary.\n Adhere to HIPAA policy and procedure, ensuring patient information privacy.\n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n Degree in Physical Therapy.\n Must hold an active Physical Therapist license or plan to test in the near future in the state of California.\n Continuing Education courses preferred.\n Why ARMStaffing?\n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
