Recreation Supervisor

Highland Care Center, a 320 bed skilled nursing facility is seeking a Recreation Supervisor, who is a team player with a great personality. The candidate will maintain standards for scheduling and documentation established by policies and regulatory requirements. This candidate will provide in room activities and 1:1 visit for residents who are unable to attend daily events. They will create a monthly calendar and attend care plan meetings. They will develop, organize and implement activities to meet the therapeutic needs of residents. They will coordinate assistance for events as necessary. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. One year related experience. Knowledge of aging process and various resident activities. Ability to assume leadership role in absence of Director.
