This role combines hands-on financial leadership, operational partnership, and strategic support as the company continues to scale through both organic growth and acquisitions.This is a role for someone who enjoys working inside the business—owning the numbers, improving financial processes, and partnering with leaders across operations, sales, and engineering to drive performance.The Director of Finance is responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions of the business while partnering closely with operations to improve performance across the company.This role will work directly with the President and executive leadership team to provide financial insight, strengthen forecasting and budgeting processes, and support disciplined growth.This position combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on execution, including direct involvement in reporting, analysis, budgeting, and financial systems.What You'll DoFinancial Planning & AnalysisLead the company's budgeting and forecasting process by business segment, providing clear financial visibility across locations and business unitsDevelop and maintain monthly forecasts, financial models, and operating dashboardsAnalyze segment profitability, margin trends, and cost structure to identify improvement opportunitiesOperational FinancePartner with leaders in Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive performance and financial accountabilityDevelop pricing and margin analytics to improve profitabilityProvide data-driven insights that support operational decision-makingMonitor inventory performance, working capital, and cash flowFinancial Reporting & SystemsImprove the company's reporting structure, KPIs, and financial visibilityEnsure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting and variance analysisContinue developing NetSuite reporting and financial analytics capabilitiesStrengthen financial processes and controls as the company scalesStrategic & Growth InitiativesSupport the President on growth initiatives and acquisition analysisAssist with financial modeling, due diligence support, and integration planning for acquisitionsHelp evaluate capital investments and strategic opportunitiesLeadership & CollaborationWork closely with the accounting team to ensure strong financial operationsPartner with leadership to ensure financial discipline and accountability across the businessHelp build scalable financial processes to support continued growthRequirementsWho We're Looking ForWe're looking for a finance leader who combines analytical strength with operational partnership.
