What You’ll Do Run an average of 4-5 residential service calls per day Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems Present professional, customized solutions aligned with customer needs Deliver a First‑Time Fix approach using proven systems, quality tools, and training Provide consistent 5‑star customer service Communicate professionally with customers and teammates Participate in ongoing training and professional development Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle Compensation On‑target earnings up to $150,000+ annually. Overtime available after 40 hours per week. Bi‑weekly paychecks. Commission and bonus opportunities available in addition to regular pay.
