This entry-level opportunity is designed for individuals passionate about working with children and interested in beginning a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Once certified, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism using play-based ABA therapy. You will: Provide play-based ABA therapy on a 1:1 basis Help children build communication, social, and independent living skills Support reduction of challenging behaviors through evidence-based interventions Work closely with supportive and encouraging team members Utilize a company-provided iPad for data collection and session documentation Work under the supervision and support of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Participate in ongoing learning, supervision, and mentorship opportunities Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Passion for working with children and supporting individuals with autism Desire to learn and grow professionally within the ABA field Compassionate, energetic, and positive attitude Must pass criminal background check American Heart Association BLS certification required prior to start date Eager and excited to learn new skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Scheduling & Work-Life Balance We strive to create flexible schedules that support both our team members and the families we serve.
