Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Physical Therapist role based in Atlanta, GA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate clients with musculoskeletal and sports‑related injuries, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence‑based therapeutic interventions. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, guiding clients through rehabilitation exercises, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment protocols to optimize recovery and performance. The role involves close collaboration with other rehabilitation and performance professionals, educating clients on injury prevention and self‑management, and maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation. The Physical Therapist will also contribute to program development and uphold high standards of clinical quality and safety. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong clinical skills in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, including assessment, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise prescription. Candidates should possess skills in patient education, communication, and motivational coaching to support adherence and long‑term recovery. Candidates should possess skills in treatment planning, progress monitoring, and documentation using evidence‑based guidelines and outcome measures. Candidates should possess skills in interdisciplinary collaboration, including working with athletic trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, and other healthcare professionals. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program and current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Georgia. Experience working with athletes or active populations in sports medicine, performance, or orthopedic settings is highly beneficial.
