JOB OBJECTIVE
Support daily international freight operations by coordinating shipments, customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with requirements, and high-quality customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, or supply chain.
- Experience coordinating shipments and working with carriers, vendors, and logistics providers.
- Knowledge of logistics processes.
- Strong communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Availability for a hybrid schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with 2 days onsite.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate shipments with carriers, shippers, consignees, and origin teams.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, contractors, and internal teams.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide operational support.
- Monitor costs, revenue, billing, and operational compliance.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and process issues.
- Maintain logistics procedures and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure daily operations meet customer requirements and KPIs.
