Practice Focus:

• Plaintiff-side personal injury
• Cases from pre-litigation through trial
• High-volume caseload with strong firm-generated leads
• Emphasis on client advocacy and case ownership

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Negotiate settlements and assist with trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and experts
• Collaborate internally on case strategy

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience
• Trial experience or strong desire to gain courtroom exposure
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills
• Licensed and in good standing in the applicable state
