What You'll Do

As an ER/ICU CVT, you will:

• Triage and obtain patient histories in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Identify unstable patients and initiate life-saving interventions including CPR
• Place peripheral IV catheters and advanced lines including central lines and PICC lines
• Monitor and care for critically ill hospitalized patients
• Perform diagnostics, treatments, and outpatient procedures
• Collaborate closely with DVMs, specialists, CVTs, assistants, and client service teams
• Mentor and support fellow technicians and assistants
• Experience the reward of helping critically ill patients recover and reunite with their families
