Job Overview You will belong to a global finance team responsible for analyzing cost of goods sold (COGS), monitoring manufacturing metrics like yields, standard vs actual cost variance, gross margin, and providing financial guidance to production and cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Conduct in‑depth financial analysis, identify trends, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management. Assist with annual budget preparation and monthly/quarterly forecast updates, including CAPEX and OPEX. Analyze and explain variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts, recommending corrective actions. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions (e.g., capital investments, M&A). Analyze manufacturing costs, including standard costing and inventory revaluation, to improve cost efficiency. Track KPIs and operational metrics (yield, gross margin) to assess and improve financial and operational health. Collaborate with production and other departments to provide financial support, gather data, and drive best practices. Process Improvement Identify and implement improvements to financial analysis, reporting processes, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in financial concepts, modeling, and analysis. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros) and experience with financial software (preferably Oracle). Familiarity with manufacturing cost accounting and cost allocation principles. Desired Attributes Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
