Talent Acquisition Specialist (Corporate Recruiter – Temporary)
Our client is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment efforts for a 2–3 month engagement. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for professional-level positions across a variety of functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who can quickly adapt, manage multiple requisitions, and partner effectively with hiring managers in a fast-paced environment. This position is 100% onsite and will pay between $27 and $32/hr.
Duties:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruiting activity and pipeline progress
- Assist with offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding coordination as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting professional-level roles
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with LinkedIn and job boards
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
- Ability to quickly ramp up and contribute in a short-term assignment
