About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Data and AI to spearhead the development of an Intelligence Platform that will serve as the central hub for insights, recommendations, and knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end process, from establishing a robust data foundation to ensuring that the resulting intelligence is actionable and drives measurable commercial outcomes. This role demands a leader who can execute the enterprise intelligence strategy, design a self-reinforcing intelligence system, and power commercial intelligence and growth engines. The Executive Director will also be tasked with architecting a scalable intelligence platform, leading the AI and insights team, and ensuring that all intelligence is tied to business impact. Applicants for this role at the company should have a strategic and leadership background with at least 10 years' experience in data, analytics, and AI, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building intelligence systems that directly contribute to revenue growth, particularly in B2B, B2C, or B2B2C environments. Technical expertise in areas such as graph strategy, platform leadership, and operational excellence in DataOps and MLOps is essential. A strong understanding of commercial intelligence, including experience in operationalizing recommendation systems and knowledge of loyalty ecosystems, CRM intelligence, and omnichannel personalization, is highly valued. The role requires a leader who can translate complex technical concepts into business strategies and is adept at building and scaling high-performing teams.
