Field Organizer: Build Unions & Lead Change

SEIU Local 2015 is seeking an Organizer I to mobilize workers, recruit members, and build rank-and-file leadership across California. You will lead house visits, worksite engagements, meetings, and communications to grow our union's reach and impact. You will plan daily work, assess issues, track campaign data, collaborate with diverse communities, and travel throughout the state.
