Pain Management Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner (Pain Management) - Flagstaff, AZ

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No weekends or on-call requirements

Caseload: Approximately 35-40 patients per day (mix of new and follow-up)

EMR: eClinicalWorks (ECW)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in a full-time role focused on pain management. The ideal candidate should have a solid clinical background in chronic pain, orthopedic spine, or interventional pain procedures, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and collect detailed patient histories
• Assess, diagnose, and manage chronic pain conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Interpret diagnostic and lab results to support treatment planning
• Prescribe and manage controlled substances in accordance with pain management protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the broader care team
• Maintain accurate documentation using ECW to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited NP/PA program in the U.S.
• Valid Arizona license, DEA registration (Schedule II-IV), and NPI
• Prior experience in chronic pain, spine, orthopedics, or interventional procedures required.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
