Quality Control Technician

The pharmaceutical industry continues to expand creating new job opportunities within our company. Summary We are currently looking for a Quality Control Technician on 1st shift. Responsibilities Collect Product Samples (Bulk and Finished) Perform basic lab tests Approve line start-ups (ensure proper set up, sign in componentry) Perform routine line checks (every two hours) Perform product counts at the end of lot production Assist in product inspections when line check issues occur Release product (mainly bulk product for filling) Maintain lab cleanliness and organization Maintain lab notebooks and logbooks Assist with final product release when requested Assist with maintaining lab equipment documentation and checks, as requested Additional duties as requested by manager as trained Auditing of lab notebook and batch records Maintain Reserve Inspection and logs Maintain Retention skids and logs Daily verification/calibrations of scales, scanners, and meters Additional per manager's discretion Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Extreme attention to detail Self-motivated Organized Multi-tasker Computer proficient (Excel, Word, Adobe) Quality Assurance experience a plus Excellent attendance
