About Us Our client is a full-service insurance agency based in Dallas, Texas, helping businesses protect what matters most. They move quickly, uphold high standards, and give their producers the autonomy to build and grow a book of business they truly own. This role is fully remote and offered as a 1099 contractor position for driven professionals seeking independence and strong earning potential. You must provide your own equipment (laptop, phone, internet). Responsibilities Prospect new business through calls, networking, referrals, emails, and meetings. Build relationships and understand client needs. Present insurance solutions and close sales. Requirements Active P&C License — REQUIRED Bilingual (English & Spanish) — REQUIRED Legally authorized to work in the U.S. — REQUIRED Must be based in Texas. Strong prospecting, networking, and closing skills. Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Coachable. Sales experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vensure Employer Solutions
