Accounting Assistant/Receptionist

Accounting Assistant/Receptionist. Part time that may work into full time. 25-30 hours per week. Wage will be determined based on experience/education. Local company that is growing rapidly. This company offers long term opportunities for advancement/growth. Responsibilities Managing payables/receivables Answer phones, greet customers (minimal) Manage multiple email addresses Work on spreadsheets Cash management Other duties as assigned Qualifications Accounting degree and accounting experience preferred. Will train individual who meets at least 1 of these qualifications. Must have excel experience and be comfortable creating and using spreadsheets. Must understand accounting principles, follow directions, and handle multiple tasks.
