Staffmark is Now hiring: Stand-Up Forklift Operator

Pay Rate: $20.50 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule Details:

• 6 AM – 6 PM OR 6 PM – 6 AM
• Sunday - Tuesday (Rotating Wednesdays)
• Thursday - Saturday (Rotating Wednesdays)

Requirements:

• Recent Stand-Up Forklift experience required
• Experience operating Yale equipment preferred
• Ability to pass an on-site forklift assessment before starting
• Comfortable lifting, stacking, and handling beverage products throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
• Flexible and willing to perform warehouse duties in addition to forklift operation
• Commitment to workplace safety and accuracy in daily tasks

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a Yale stand-up forklift safely and efficiently
• Case pick and move product throughout the warehouse
• Build, stack, and organize pallets of beverage products
• Load, unload, and transport materials within the facility
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Support operations in other areas using different forklifts when required
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Work both on and off the forklift based on operational needs
• Assist with pallet building, product stacking, and other warehouse support tasks
• Potentially operate a Double-Wide Sit-Down Forklift as the role evolves
