Forklift Operator 2nd Shift 2:00PM 10:00PM

Pay & Schedule Pay Range: $19.36 per hour + $0.50 shift differential Schedule: 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri 2:00 pm-10:00 pm) Responsibilities Safely operate stand‑up or sit‑down forklifts to keep orders moving and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle products with care in cold storage and blast zone areas. Receive, unload, inspect, and rotate inventory with a focus on accuracy and freshness. Ensure proper storage and stacking to prevent spoilage or contamination. Support shipping by picking, prepping, and consolidating pallets. Perform load audits, correct labels, and address inventory issues. Replenish product in appropriate bays and assist with manual case picking as directed. Take on related duties and grow skills over time. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of recent forklift or warehouse experience. Comfortable working full shifts in cold storage/freezer environments. Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently. Bonus: Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification. Team player who works toward common goals. Positive attitude and strong work ethic every day. Experience or training in GMP, HACCP, and Allergen protocols. Strong knowledge of safety procedures in cold storage settings.
