For more information, please visit PAS Lead The PAS Lead is responsible for monitoring and evaluating staff performance in all functions in the PAS Departments; provides training and assistance to assigned staff, individuals and in teams, to maximize knowledge, production, goal achievement, safety awareness, and quality improvement. The PAS Lead incorporates decision-making and empowerment into day-to-day issues to promote teamwork and exceptional customer service.
