Resistance Exteriors is currently seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Roofing Sales Representatives . If you're hungry to grow and willing to learn we want to connect with you! No experience required, we will train you!
Our Roofing Sales Reps are out in the field on a regular basis meeting with prospects and signing contracts. Our sales team is supported by in-house leads and given the tools to assist with self-generated leads. They meet regularly for education and training to help meet their personal and professional goals. Worried you don't have the right experience? No problem, we will train you. Get paid $2,736.00 during your first month of training!
Summary: Responsible for prospecting and engaging prospective clients to generate new business by building and fostering relationship.

Duties & Responsibilities: including but not limited to
- Drive Growth: Provide estimates, close deals, and exceed customer expectations.
- Champion Excellence: Oversee the execution of services and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by mastering product knowledge and refining your skills.
- Seize Opportunities: Showcase your expertise at community evens and other community connections, captivating potential customers with your passion and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Must have the willingness to learn and invest in yourself
- Must be honest, reliable, and have good communication skills
- Must have valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable maneuvering and climbing a ladder
- Must be able to lift 70lbs
- Must be comfortable working with compensation being 100% commission with – unlimited earning potential!
Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
