Senior Systems Engineering Services

As a Senior Systems Engineer with MTSI you will provide SME level technical expertise to improve and incorporate new technology, resolve problems, and further developmental processes. This position will be located onsite in Northern, Virginia. Essential Job Functions Identify technical, CI, and operational risks and recommend mitigations. Study the feasibility and vulnerability of new technical collection capabilities and analyze gaps. Assess emerging and commercial off‑the‑shelf technologies in support of operational requirements and applications. Assess key vulnerabilities and single points of failure and recommend mitigations. Evaluate, validate, and analyze technical development compliance with state requirements. Integrate, test, verify, and validate end‑to‑end systems. 10+ years of performing Systems Engineering Services for a government contractor. Strong technical leadership. Strong verbal and written communications. Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and a solid working knowledge of Excel. Excellent organization skills. Education Requirements STEM Bachelor's degree Technical graduate degree or relevant cyber or technical operations experience (desired). Certifications Requirements N/A Clearance Requirements TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
