Responsibilities
- Administer APTA-standard physical therapy treatments for disabilities, injuries, and diseases to relieve pain, restore motor function, and maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct patient evaluations, establish individualized treatment plans, and document progress and outcomes.
- Provide patient education, gait and transfer training, and home exercise programs to support continuity of care.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment, track progress, and adjust plans as needed.
- Monitor patient safety, adherence to evidence-based practices, and comply with documentation and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Active California Physical Therapist license to practice
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or equivalent) with licensure in good standing
- Ability to work in a outpatient clinical setting with limited supervision
- Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and commitment to patient-centered care
