Director, Zembrodt Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation

Thomas More University seeks a Director for the Zembrodt Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation to lead a mission-driven hub that cultivates student, alumni, and community ventures. The Director will design and manage programs, workshops, and incubator/accelerator experiences; build partnerships with local businesses, investors, and nonprofit leaders; and connect students with mentors, internships, and funding opportunities. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budget oversight, fundraising and grant development, marketing the Center, assessing outcomes, and collaborating with faculty to integrate entrepreneurship and innovation across the curriculum in a faith-based, student-centered environment.
