Sales Account Executive

The Role This position is key to our company’s success. The Sales Executive’s responsibility is to help us grow by accurately and effectively selling our services to new clients. Your primary focus will be hunting new logos, expanding market share, and maximizing revenue growth. This role requires a self‑starter with strong sales acumen, solutions selling skills, and comfort owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate has experience working with a smaller team and conservative budget to create new opportunities. Primary Responsibilities Achieve quarterly revenue targets through the acquisition of new accounts. Identify, develop, and qualify leads; self‑sourcing efforts will be supplemented by support from Marketing. Present and demonstrate Comevo solutions to executives within higher education, construction and other verticals. Create proposals and negotiate contracts to meet client needs. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including Comevo Subject Matter Experts, Account Managers, and Product Managers, and Operations. Monitor market trends to advise clients strategically, aiming to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Technologies Supported HubSpot Seamless Active Campaign Office 365 RingCentral Qualifications & Skills Minimum of five years of professional experience selling SaaS in complex decision‑making environments, with demonstrated success in consultative selling in a business‑to‑business service industry. Skilled in negotiating and closing, able to manage typical objections and close deals and navigate procurement processes. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with decision makers, creating trust through consistent interaction and understanding of mutual goals. Experience in higher education and construction markets is a strong advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an easy‑to‑understand manner. Proficient in using CRM/HubSpot and sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales processes independently. Results oriented with strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills. Proven track record consistently exceeding quotas.
