Job Description

The candidate will serve as a Chemical Mixer/Blender on the production floor, responsible for mixing chemicals to create specialty products.

Responsibilities

• Mix a high volume of chemicals to create specialty products.

• Follow recipes precisely when mixing.

• Operate a hilo (sitdown/standup - propane and electric).

• Lift up to 100 lbs.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in a chemical mixing role.

• Experience in chemical, mixing, compounding, production, blending, batch making, and chemical manufacturing.

• Forklift operation skills.

Work Environment

Work on the first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with minimal overtime. The role includes operating both propane and electric hilo equipment, and the dress code is conducive to a production floor environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Ferndale, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
