Surgical Technologist - CST

Department: Operating Room

Location: Trinity Health Livingston - Brighton

Pay: $26.57

Shift Available : Day Shift

Status Available : Full time (benefit eligible) - 80 hours per pay period - every two weeks

On call required


Position Purpose:

Utilizes the principles and practices of surgical asepsis in the preparation of surgical instruments and supplies, maintaining a sterile field and passing instruments to surgeons within the sterile field. Anticipates the needs of the surgeon by demonstrating knowledge of surgical procedures and the anatomy and physiology of the human body.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from a certified surgical technologist program required
• CST certification required within one year of hire
