A reputable school district near Charlestown, NH is seeking two experienced and licensed OTs to provide essential on-site supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) during the 2026/2027 school year. Both part-time (up to 20 hours monthly) and full-time (up to 37.5 hours weekly) opportunities are available, offering flexibility to suit your needs.

Each Occupational Therapist will supervise up to two COTAs within the district, ensuring high-quality, compliant services for students. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of New Hampshire
• Demonstrated experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Prior school-based OT experience

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site clinical supervision to assigned COTAs, averaging 7 hours of supervision per COTA each month
• Complete all required supervision notes, documentation, and administrative duties promptly
• Facilitate close collaboration with district staff and COTAs to support optimal therapy outcomes and compliance
• Ensure on-site presence at Claremont public schools
• Participate in ongoing service improvement and professional development as needed
