We are looking for a motivated and professional Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This is a field-based B2B sales role where you will manage an assigned territory, develop new business, and build long-term relationships with local business owners.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new B2B accounts within your assigned territory
• Meet with local business owners to understand their needs and goals
• Present and demonstrate POS systems, merchant services, and payment solutions
• Recommend products and solutions based on each customer’s business needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Expand services within existing accounts
• Prepare pricing quotes, contract terms, and product recommendations
• Coordinate installations and assist customers with hardware setup
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our CRM
• Consistently work toward and achieve monthly sales goals
• Manage your territory and organize your daily sales activities
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience required
• Outside sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, confident, and comfortable speaking with business owners
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and online technology
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and territory
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Willingness to travel throughout your assigned territory
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Training & Support

You won’t be expected to figure it out on your own.

We provide paid initial training, ongoing product and industry education, sales resources, technology tools, and direct management support to help you develop your territory and succeed.

You’ll work as part of a close-knit sales team while having the independence to manage your own territory and daily scheduling.

Location & Schedule

This is a field-based outside sales position serving businesses throughout your assigned territory.

You must be able to:

• Report to our Palos Hills, IL office for initial training
• Attend a weekly team meeting at our Palos Hills office
• Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet with prospective and existing clients
• Work primarily during normal business hours 9:00am - 5:30pm
