Desktop Engineer

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Location: 600 Washington Blvd., Stamford, CT (Primary Site) 35 Nutmeg Drive, Trumbull, CT (Disaster Recovery Site)

Pay: $40/hr-$45/hr

Support for Desktop Win 11 and Voice-related issues
General IT guidance

On-site support with dedicated engineers during core hours for Enhanced Desktop Support Users. Walk-up, phone, and email support with no appointment needed. Full incident resolution related to Local Services. Replacement/swap of faulty equipment and peripherals using NatWest-owned stock. General IT guidance and support for user devices. Management of local consigned hardware stock for break-fix and service requests. Logging of Incidents or Service Requests on behalf of users when required. Completion of Service Requests that can be resolved directly on-site. Implementing small service improvements based on recurring user feedback. Providing both ticket-based and in-person ("shoulder-tap") support for Desktop and Voice-related issues.
