Repetitive Benefits Specialist

To support the Annuity Services team, the full-time Repetitive Benefits Specialist will analyze and process complex transactions to create and maintain computerized retirement and repetitive payment records for customers, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review and perform complex accounting and transactional activities related to retirement and repetitive payments, ensuring compliance with contract restrictions and legal documents Independently analyze customer requests and handle transactions to establish and update computerized records, meeting productivity and quality goals Participate in training and development of team members, providing technical expertise and assisting with procedural updates Required qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education Strong knowledge of contract provisions, pension, and repetitive payment recordkeeping and accounting systems Proficient in math and 10-key skills Ability to adapt to frequent change and manage a large volume of work independently and in a team environment Familiarity with various mainframe/PC applications, including word processing and spreadsheets
