\nNovant Health is seeking a full-time BC/BE Neuro-Oncologist in Wilmington, NC to join established Neuroscience group with specialists in neurosurgery, headache, neuroimmunology, neuromuscular disorders, epilepsy, stroke, neuropsychology, neurohospitalist, neurointensivists, and neurointerventional surgery. \n

Position Details: \n

• Seeking Neurologist to care for Neuro-Oncology patients with primary and metastatic CNS tumors to help develop a network-wide program in neuro-oncology, centered at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.
\n
• Affiliated with Novant Health, a not-for-profit health network with 19 acute hospitals across North and South Carolina
\n
• Immediate opportunity to contribute to and develop system wide initiatives including the Neuro-Oncology clinical pathways and treatment protocols, Neuro-Oncology system wide tumor board, and Neuro-oncology system wide clinical trials.
\n
• Large referral base from throughout the Novant Health network.
\n
• Will work with neurosurgeons, neuropathologists, medical oncologists, and radiation oncologists throughout the Novant Health network.
\n
• Opportunity to teach medical students, residents, and advance practice providers.
\n

Qualification(s): \n
\n

\n

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in both Neurology and Neuro-Oncology
\n
• Completion of Neurology residency and Neuro-Oncology fellowship
\n
• Valid, unrestricted medical license to practice in North Carolina
