Payroll Administrator
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant administration of payroll for Trinidad Benham's multi-state workforce. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, this position serves as the payroll subject matter expert and primary resource for payroll processing, payroll tax administration, timekeeping support, payroll audits, and employee payroll inquiries. The role focuses on payroll execution, data accuracy, compliance, customer service, and continuous process improvement while supporting payroll-related initiatives and HRIS projects.
