JobResponsibilities Verifiesdata, completes state forms, makes disbursement for taxes and fees, and submitsto the state Processesnew car and pre-owned registrations on dealer’s software system Processespre-owned vehicle title transfers Preparesand distributes title envelopes Maintainsfollow-up on all incoming titles Maintainsand reconciles schedules for tax, title and license payable and lienpayoffs Identifiesinternal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes inauthorized personnel, and communicating issues to the AssistantController Processespayoffs on trade-ins and floor plan, pulls contracts, and forwards to financialinstitutions VerifiesFinance and Insurance (F&I) data to documents Reconcilesinventory schedules as assigned on a weekly and monthly basis Attendsweekly department meetings Requirements Certificates,Licenses, Registrations Driver'sLicense Educationand/or Experience High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; andsix months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.
