Armed and Unarmed Security Agents Needed Now

Shreveport, Louisiana | Full-Time and Part-Time Positions

A private, Louisiana-owned and operated security company is immediately hiring professional armed and unarmed security agents for assignments throughout the Shreveport area.

Pay Range: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience, licensing, and assignment type)

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have at least two years of private security experience
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions and 21 years old for armed positions
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Have a working cell phone
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Provide the identification and employment-eligibility documents required during hiring
• Be able to pass applicable background checks and meet all licensing requirements
• Be available to work assigned schedules, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrate professionalism, dependability, punctuality, good judgment, and strong communication skills
• Be physically able to perform duties that may require extended periods of walking, standing, and patrolling
• Be able to lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds as needed for equipment, barriers, or incident response support

Applicants for armed assignments must possess the appropriate current credentials and meet all applicable firearm and security-officer requirements.

Preferred Qualifications (Not required)

• Current armed or unarmed LSBPSE security license
• Military or law enforcement background
• Previous patrol, access-control, loss-prevention, or similar security experience

General Responsibilities

• Protect assigned people, property, and facilities in patrol area
• Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas
• Conduct patrols and report suspicious activity
• Enforce site rules and follow post orders
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
• Prepare accurate and timely written reports
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor
