ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1994 and currently lead a team of 16. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I had the opportunity to play professional football for the Chargers and later coached at the University of Louisiana Monroe (ULM), where I also attended college. My background in athletics and coaching has shaped my approach to leadership, teamwork, and helping others reach their full potential. I'm a proud parent of five children and grandparent to six grandchildren. Outside of work, I enjoy coaching, hunting, and spending time on my tractor.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
